So, last weekend, I attended a very good friend’s wedding, and was actually a groomsmen.  His wedding was out west, but it was worth the trip.  I love him a lot, he’s been a good friend of mine for years.  We have always had a lot in common, and he befriended me when I first moved down from Michigan so many years ago.  We’ve always had similar interests and loved to laugh at stuff like Life of Brian, Seinfeld, and Barney Fife.

His reception was beautiful.  It was just like the end of Meet Joe Black – they even left to fireworks going off, only death didn’t come to take his dad.  He got a great deal from a Portland wedding photography company, and I can’t wait to see the pictures.  They should be very, very good.  I was trying to figure out what to get him, and I ended up shopping from this Transformers Store, and got a sweet Optimus Prime toy.  We loved that show when we were kids.  I considered getting him something like this, but that will probably be in a few years from now.  Anyway, I’m very happy for him.  I love his wife, she’s a southern belle, very charming and gentle.  I hope they have many years of happiness.
