This video from last night’s game kind of sums up how the Reds season is going. Our best hitter, golden boy Joey Votto, gets kicked out of the game in the first inning after arguing a strikeout call. Nice. After a flurry of F-Bombs that are visible from the mouth of Joey and heard by all 7,000+ Reds fans at the game, he gets told to go to the showers. I especially like the point where he cups his hands around his mouth to be sure the 3rd base umpire hears, “F U! You suck!” Nice, Joey.
And this is the point of the year when all of Cincinnati loses interest in the Reds….
